Hi-Lo Chicken Terms & Conditions
1.   The following are the Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") for the Hi Lo Chicken game (the "Game") which are supplemental to the general Terms and Conditions entered into as part of the entrant's registration with Million 2-1. By playing the Game, entrants agree to be bound by these specific Terms and Conditions and the general Terms and Conditions.
2.   Million 2-1 offers entrants the opportunity to play the Game from 1 June 2003.
3.   The charge of entry is £1.50 inclusive of VAT to purchase 150 points with which to play. These charges will appear on your mobile phone bill if you have a contract account or be debited from your pre-pay account as applicable. Standard costs for the entrant's mobile phone network and call plan apply. Charges for SMS sending will vary depending upon the tariff option you subscribe to - please contact your mobile provider if you want to know the exact amount this will cost you.
4.   You must be registered to play the Game. To register you must have your mobile phone switched on. Follow the instructions for the registration process. You will be sent a security code to your mobile phone which you must enter to complete registration. On registering your account will be credited with 150 points.
5.   Once registered you can start to play the game. You may play for fun or for real and you can purchase additional points which will be reversed billed to the mobile number you provided during registration. 150 points will cost £1.50. You may credit your account up to 7 times per day.
6.   To purchase more points you must ensure your mobile phone is switched on. On requesting that your account be credited you will receive a SMS message advising that your account has been credited.
7.   To play the game:

  a. Select whether you wish to play for fun or play for real. If you play for fun any points accumulated will not be credited to your account.
  b. Select your starting stake by clicking on the arrows to increase or decrease the stake shown.
  c. You will receive your first number.
  d. Select whether the next number will be higher or lower. The Possible Win indicates the points you receive for making a correct prediction. If your prediction is correct the points will be shown in the Bank.
  e. You can choose to collect your points and quit the game at any time (except for your first go).
  f. A game continues until you make an incorrect prediction.
  g. To use your points to purchase a prize, click on the prize icon and click on the Yes button to purchase. You may only purchase prizes for which you have the required number of points.
8.   Participants may be asked to supply proof that they are:
  a. the registered owner or authorised user of the mobile phone used to play the Game and/or
  b. over 18 years old.
9.   All winners agree that their names can be featured on the million21.com website.
10.   In all matters, the decision of Million-2-1 will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Million-2-1 cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, lost or delayed entries in transmission, arising from server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
11.   Queries regarding the Game must be received within 28 days of the date of commencing the Game.
12.   Million-2-1 reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Game at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the site www. million21.com.
13.   Million-2-1 reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and/or refuse to play the Game if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or in the event of any technical fault.
14.   Any personal data relating to the entrants will be used by Million-2-1 solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.
