The following are the full Terms and Conditions for the SMS Dreamword Game (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
-
The competition is organised by Million21 Ltd, (Million-2-1) Unit 125 Ducie House, 37 Ducie Street Manchester M1 2JW and the service is provided to you by Million-2-1 (Promoters).
-
To qualify to enter the Competition you must be resident in the United Kingdom and be at least 18 years old. You must not be an employee, an agent or a director of Million-2-1 or any associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or web company connected with them or any member of any such person's family.
-
The Competition offers entrants the opportunity to participate in a weekly leader-board hosted on the Million-2-1 website. The winner at the end of each leader-board will be the player that has accumulated the most points over the period based on the scoring table (see below). Entry dates and times for each leader-board are also shown below. The leader-board is started afresh at the end of each period and score totals from the previous leader-board are not transferred to the new game. In the event of a tied score at the end of the defined leader-board period, the winner will be deemed to be the player who has achieved that score by submitting the least number of words or the player that achieved the points total first. In addition, an entrant who scores the prize bonus words will, as well as accumulating the allocated bonus points, win the specified prize.
-
If the winner is not contactable within a reasonable period, or is a previous winner, the Promoters reserve the right to feature the next highest player in the leader-board.
