The following are the Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") for the Webbet (the "Bet") and are supplemental to the general user conditions entered into as part of the entrant's registration with Million 2-1. By placing the Bet, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict Between the Terms and Conditions and the general user conditions, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

The Bet is offered by Million21 Ltd, a licensed bookmaker whose place of business is at Ducie House, ("Million-2-1").

To submit a valid Bet an entrant must be resident in the United Kingdom and be at least 18 years old. Entrants must not be employees, agents or directors of Million-2-1 or any associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or web company connected with them or any member of any such person's family.

Million 2-1 offers entrants the opportunity to place a Bet on a future live event. Bets can be placed during "Live Periods" which are summarised within the specific event terms. Bets placed outside of the Live Period will not be valid but may still incur those charges set out in paragraph 5 below.

The charge of entry is £1.50 inclusive of VAT to place the Bet. These charges will appear on your mobile phone bill if you have a contract account or be debited from your pre-pay account as applicable. Standard costs for the entrant's mobile phone network and call plan apply for the 1 x SMS message you need to send to us in order to complete your Bet except for T-Mobile and Virgin users where the 1 x SMS message will typically cost 10 pence each. In addition you will be charged 25 pence inclusive of VAT if you try to place a Bet outside the Live Period. Charges for SMS sending will vary depending upon the tariff option you subscribe to - please contact your mobile provider if you want to know the exact amount this will cost you.

To play you must predict the correct outcomes from the webpage at million21.com.
- Predict the outcomes to the questions relating to the event(s) listed. Forecast the result for each question by selecting one of the options available in the dropdown lists.
- Once you are happy with your forecast click on the [Subimit Your Bet] button. To change your forecast at any point reselect from the dropdown lists.
- Next enter the following details - mobile number, network, Firstname, Surnmame and confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
- Click on the [Submit Your Bet] button. For O2, Orange and Vodafone users an SMS message will then be sent to your mobile confirming your prediction and confirming that the bet has been placed. For T-Mobile users an SMS message will then be sent to your phone with your prediction. In order to place your bet you must reply Y to this message. A confirmation SMS message will then be sent confirming that your bet has been placed.
An entrant is able to play the WebBet a maximum of 5 times per Live Period.
Any valid entrants who correctly predict the results will win the prize. In the event that a player places exactly the same bet more than once the player is only eligible to claim the prize for the first bet. For sources of results please refer to specific event terms.

Participants may be asked to supply proof that they are:
- the registered owner or authorised user of the mobile phone used to place the Bet
and/or
- over 18 years old at the time the Bet was placed
before any winnings are paid

In the event that:
- the whole event is cancelled;
and/or
- rescheduled for an alternative date
and/or
- in respect of cricket events, if the whole event or an entire day's play is cancelled or rained-off;
then the entrant agrees that all such stake monies received by Million 2-1 shall not be refunded to the entrant but shall be donated to the NSPCC.

All winners agree that their names can be featured on the million21.com website.

In all matters, the decision of Million-2-1 will be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. Million-2-1 cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, lost or delayed entries in transmission, arising from server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

Queries regarding the Bet must be received within 28 days of the end of the Live Period.

Million-2-1 reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Bet at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the site www. million21.com.

Million-2-1 reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and/or refuse any Bet if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or in the event of any technical fault.

Any personal data relating to the entrants will be used by Million-2-1 solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.
